Vandalism includes all changes clearly not meant to make pages better. This includes deleting part of a page. It includes writing things that do not make sense. It includes writing anything that is clearly not right. You can help by undoing vandalism.

Do not just delete it! The person who wrote it might have deleted things that need to be put back. This is what you should do:

  1. Click on "history" at the top of the page.
  2. Each line shows a change to the page. Click on "last" next to the line. This shows what was changed.
  3. Find the change that was vandalism.
  4. Click "undo" near the top of the page.

Help find vandalism soon after it happens! Click on New changes on the side of the page. Click on "diff" next to each line to check for vandalism. If you find it, undo it!

You can also warn users who vandalize pages.

Delete a page

These steps will not work if the vandalism was on a new page. Ask James to delete the page.
